the room included a little balcony with a table and two chairs , perfect for enjoying the quiet neighborhood. the location was very convenient , with only a short walk to the airport bus stop. the staff answered all my questions with patience and care , i appreciated their assistance. the neighborhood was quiet and ensured a peaceful night's sleep.
i found the app check in process a bit cumbersome , it required downloading an app and scanning my id.

the staff was very lovely and helpful throughout the entire stay , always ready to assist with any inquiries. reception staff were nice and supportive with everything i needed , this. they provided quick and effective responses to all questions , it ensured i felt well taken care of.

the communal pool was a huge bonus, especially in the evening sun. wifi access was reliable. a coffee station offered convenience. the room designs were quirky and well looked after.
The toilet seat was broken upon arrival. it was fixed quickly after i reported it.

The room had a coffee machine with pods that I used daily. I found the bed comfortable and the room well-kept. The reception staff was friendly offering assistance with directions.
The walls seemed thin and some noise travelled between rooms. This made it a bit difficult to sleep at times. Perhaps thicker insulation could help improve soundproofing.

The location is PRIME, close to many attractions. The airport express bus stop is a short walk. The rooftop pool provided a great way to cool off. The room included a coffee machine, very useful for getting my day started.
The walls did have some slight marks, but it didn't affect my overall stay.

The room included all basic facilities. It had what was to be a new bathroom. A nespresso machine and coffee was even gifted to the guests, something I found very thoughtful after a long trip, the bed was really comfortable.

The location was EXCELLENT. It is within walking distance of many sights around the city. I found MANY restaurants nearby, , made it easy to find somewhere to eat after a long day visiting places I'd never seen before.
